Important Information

Accommodation

In an attempt to offer a more affordable offering we have created a “shared” room option for this escape. This will have guests in a shared tent & hotel room (always separate, twin beds unless otherwise requested). Should you wish to have an entirely private experience then please select the private room option at checkout.

How to book

Step 1. Select your room option and pay £500 per person deposit
Step 2. If you’ve decided you do not want to share then ensure you have selected “private room”
Step 3. Follow the steps to fill out the booking form and make your initial deposit
Step 4. Wait for your confirmation email
Step 5. Book your flights to Windhoek and send us your arrival information (Do not book these until 12 weeks prior to the escape)
Step 6. Pay your remaining balance 8 weeks before the escape (instructions will be sent on how to do this)
Step 7. See you in Namibia!
