You’ll be collected from the airport and transferred to our partner hotel in the city where a member of the team will welcome you and get you settled in. We don’t plan an agenda for this day as guests arrive at different times throughout the day, but you’ll be free to explore the bustling area at your leisure if you wish.

It’s an early start today as you’ll drive our of Nairobi to Hell’s Gate National Park (2.5hrs). After a quick stop for coffees and breakfast it will be time to jump on bikes and head into the famous park where you’ll have the rare opportunity to cycle amongst zebras, giraffes and other grazing wildlife.
After our ride we’ll meet up with a local Maasai guide who will walk us into the famous Hells Gate Gorge which inspired parts of the movie Lion King.

Following your morning of adventure it will be time for a delicious lunch at a local lodge before heading to our accommodation for the night.

It’s another early morning because we have lot’s of fun in store for you back in Nairobi! We’ll pack our bags and head back to the capital to visit two of Kenya’s most known animal charities; The giraffe center & Sheldrick Trust Elephant Orphanage, where you will have the opportunity to not only learn about the amazing conservation efforts of the foundations, but you’ll have the opportunity to interact with these amazing animals.

A delicious lunch at a local restaurant will leave you ready to chill for the rest of the day, before we head out to one of Nairobi’s many trendy restaurants and bars to celebrate our whirlwind couple of days!

You’ve had a busy few days and a few early mornings so today is about relaxation.
We’ll set off on the morning flight to ensure guests have a full day to settle in, relax, catch some rays and the only thing on the agenda will be watching your first sunset in the famous Lichthaus bar.

Did you know that mangrove forests can absorb 10x more Carbon than terrestrial forests? Not only are they super important for our environment but they are an amazing, and serene environment to paddle board. We take our guests floating down the amazing Mida Creek, and exploring the small mangrove forest channels.

Following some chill time and amazing food we’ll head to the stunning Marafa Hells Kitchen Canyon for a walking tour and what we think is the world’s most beautiful picnic spot… but we’ll let you be the judge of that!

The clue is in the title - Today we’ll be heading back into the beautiful Mida Creek, only this time we’ll be testing your wakeboarding skills!
Spend the morning zooming up and down the creek with our partners at Tribe Watersports, before heading back for some beach time and an opportunity to explore Watamu local village.

We’ll be up at the crack of dawn to ensure we get to the gate of Tsavo East National Park as soon as it opens! The best time for wildlife is early morning and late afternoon, so we’ll head into the park nice and early, and take a slow drive to camp, enjoying the abundance of wildlife on the way.

Lunch at the camp will be spent watching elephants drink from the adjacent watering hole and then an afternoon game drive will finish the day off as we search for more fascinating wildlife!

For those who want to take every opportunity to see the amazing wildlife of Tsavo there will be a pre-breakfast game drive.
After an awesome breakfast at camp there will be some more time to relax at the camp before checking out, slowly heading out of the park and back to our coastal paradise of Watamu.

We’ll be nice and let you lay in as long as you want today! 😂
For our last day of an escape we don’t like to give everything away, so let’s just say we’ll make sure your final day is the perfect way to end your adventure with us.

There’s nothing left but to say goodbye…Oh and of course to book another escape!

Guests will check out and fly back to Nairobi in time for their international flights
