Getting to your Sri Lanka adventure
You’re about to find out that joining us for an epic adventure is one of the best decisions you ever make, but we understand that organising flights and travelling solo can be a bit daunting. Fear not though, because we’ve made this simple step by step guide to help you when it comes to getting yourself to our Sri Lanka adventure.

DO NOT book your flights until you are instructed to do so - On the very rare occasion that an escape gets insufficient bookings we do reserve the right to cancel or reschedule if we feel it will affect guest experience.
Your final destination airport will be Colombo Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB), so get online and search for flights from your desired departure airport to Colombo
We advise booking flights that arrive in the morning/afternoon on the first day of your escape. (Flying in late will have you feeling pretty unrested when we’re dragging you to the train at 5am the next morning!) and return flights that leave Colombo anytime on the last day of the escape. The escape officially finishes at 10am in UNAWATUNA (3 hours drive from the airport) so allow time for your taxi
Once flights are booked, please email us at info@wherenextescapes.com with your arrival flight information so we know when to expect you, and we will arrange your airport transfer.
Please check your country’s individual visa advice regarding travel to Sri Lanka. Most countries are required to apply for a visa.
12 weeks before your escape please ensure you pay the remaining balance. Failure to do so may result in your spot being revoked and losing your deposit
You will be added to a private WhatsApp Group for your escape where you’ll have the opportunity to meet up and share travel arrangements with other guests
